With a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering, she commenced her career as a technical expert in the Telecom Domain, honing her skills at Wipro Technologies before ascending to a leadership position at Alcatel’s R&D division. Transitioning seamlessly from corporate to investment realms, Svetlana contributed significantly as a partner at Ishta Capital, restructuring large family-owned businesses with tailored solutions, fostering growth, and innovation. Her adeptness in process management, vertical mergers, and strategic planning propelled companies to new heights. Moreover, Svetlana’s multifaceted skill set extends to the legal domain, where she excels as a lawyer and empaneled arbitrator, showcasing her proficiency in litigation management and dispute resolution. Alagaraja has more 17 years of experience in healthcare with wide expertise in Cloud computing, DICOM, HL7, IHE, HIPAA, Mobile Development, Big Data Analytics and AI.
He previously was the System architect for Aravind Eye Hospital’ Tele-medicine system, the Tele-radiology system for NHS UK (with more than 100 implementations),
In Pellucid, Alagaraja and his team designed, developed and implemented the National Eye screening system for MoH Singapore (SiDRP) the first tele-medicine system for MoH Indonesia.
More recently he architected an AI & Big data led digital transformation of SNC – A hospital group catering to >1 million patients annually.

He possesses extensive knowledge in teleradiology, PACS, EHR, and tele-consultation product development. Karthikeyan’s expertise includes developing web-based, windows-based, and mobile-based applications.
Karthikeyan has developed an application to prevent communicable diseases among foreign workers in Malaysia by handling radiology and sending X-rays to radiologists. Integrated with FOMEMA and complying with MOH guidelines, this application is installed in over 600 clinics and has processed over 8 million workers. Additionally, he has rolled out radiology solutions for Singapore and the NHS in the UK.

Syed had five years of experience as an Application Support Lead in an e-Governance project (GSTN India) across all central locations (DG systems). He was working as an IT Manager at a leading healthcare company. Overseeing all aspects of IT operations and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
